Thank you for filling out our RMA form. Your RMA request has been sent to our Customer Service Department. You will receive a confirmation e-mail indicating your request has been received, you will also receive your RMA number with instructions on where to send your unit. 

Please print the email confirmation notice and attach it with the equipment to be serviced. If your RMA request is for an ITAR regulated product a customer service representative will contact you with special instructions when applicable.
